What the heck! I'll use my Bessa R and Rigid Industar 50 lens. I just discovered that a Kodak Series V chrome lens hood fits this lens and I'm waiting for one in the mail from ebay. So, Ill be ready to go.
Keith, when you say no cropping, what exactly do you mean? Well, I know what cropping is, but I guess I wonder if you mean absolutely no cropping? For example, if I print my 35mm neg on 5x7 paper, it necessitates some cropping. Is that OK?
If so, I'm in. M6 classic, 50mm Summarit and HP5+.
Hi Dan,
I guess I was being a little tongue in cheek with the no cropping remark ... I think we should just exercise a little restraint and not crop from landscape to portrait or vice versa, or anything quite that extreme.
Hey ... if the bartender had his way it'd be no SLR's DSLR's or anything that wasn't a rangefinder. Luckily I don't remember him suggesting that to me! 😛
No cropping to me means printing full frame with the black borders to prove it, but that's how I usually print B&W anyway.
I'm in. I have to decide what camera I'll be using though. My eos EF-M originally planned has a sticky top shutter speed.
Maybe a canonet GIII?
Maybe just my 5d....
Don't worry Gavin ... with two days to go I haven't decided either yet.
I considered my Crown Graphic but the thought of lugging that around in the current heat in Brisbane doesn't excite me much ... but I wouldn't mind staying away from 35mm for the two weeks so I'm now leaning towards my Bronica RF 645.
But this could change of course! 😛
I notice Al's going for his signature Bessa and 15mm Heliar! 🙂

I thought Austrian time zone was like a day ahead of us. Meaning your time for decision is quickly running out. I can't decide either.
