Mine is to work a bit less and get out. I've got cameras loaded in 2013 and not used. Also, spend more time with my kids working on photographic projects. If I can get them off the soccer field...

Looking forward to new introductions from Sony, Nikon and Canon. This should be a busy year with many new top level digital cameras coming to market.

Selling some of my Rangefinder lenses. I have some wonderful lenses that I just don't use.

144MP in four passes. That is, I want to revive that old Scan Back I once bought for a pittance as it is unable to talk to Intel technology Macs. ;)

I decided this year I'm not making any. They never seem to pan out anyhow. I'm just going to enjoy photography & hopefully improve a wee bit more than 2014. I do have a few aspirations I hope to achieve this coming year but will play it day by day.

print and hang more images
print some photo books, soft cover to carry around with me
improve/expand my photoshop skills

Be more prolific!
I started already. 5 rolls exposed after midnight and 4 more before it plus a few dgital frames.
I used to set out to really document lifes events photographically in an organized and envsioned way.
Lost that after a health/finance bomb blew up after a robbery in 2011.
This year I'm going to get it back!

I'm going to give Mike Johnston's ("The Online Photographer") challenge a go: one camera, one lens, one print a day, for one year. I'm going to cheat a bit however. I plan to use three different kits; Nikon Df plus 50mm, Nikon 1 V3 plus 18mm = 50mm equiv., and X-Pro1 plus 35mm = 50mm. These all give the 50mm perspective, which is a significant challenge for me as I've been using much wider focal lengths for the past few years.

The one print a day thing is to force the photographer to: 1) produce tangible work regularly without too much editing up front, and 2) produce enough varied work that allows the photographer to see patterns/improvement over time.

I'm not certain that I can stick to this kind of regimen, but I'm going to give it a try and see what comes of it. :)

Not sure I could ever do a 365....I may try this year and c how far I can go..

I like the idea of doing a single fov though, but I have to cheat a little my self. For me, it would be the 40ish fov. To cheat, I would shoot either 40 or 45 fov since I don't want to be locked to a single camera body all year.

The other resolution for 2015..no new camera equipment..shoot what I got. For a gear head like me, this is going to be hard.:(

Print 2 books that have been in final layout for too long.
Take the photos for the next book, rather than composing them in my head every time I pass the subjects during the wrong light.
Find a good printing/mounting service for wall prints - I've decided that the home inkjet, for me, is a hole into which money is thrown rather than a tool.

The "no new gear" commitment is tough, but I'm going for that as well. At least as a minimum, all of this years "best of 2014" gear will be gathering dust and I should be able to trade up by then. :)

To photograph more people in situations that challenge me as a photographer. In March this year I'm heading off to Sydney for a few days to photograph a body building competition ... then hopefully working with some of those body builders in a variety of environments and locations. That will stretch my ability and vision ... and it's what I need to keep me interested in photography.

I also want to photograph artists in their environments ... that has always interested me and I want to do more of it in 2015.

As for gear ... I have more than enough though I do want to get a new high quality ink jet printer and start creating a more tangible output.

Get my house sold, retire from commercial photography, move to southern Arizona and shoot more documentary work. Enjoy life!

2015...

The camera gear I have now is good enough for me to pass to on any new camera bodies. Digital cameras these days to me are like computer and other electronic gadgets...it's getting so good that unless there is a gotta have feature, u can skip a couple of generations. U really don't need to be on the bleeding edge IMHO. What will be tough will be lenses and accessories...there are still some lenses I am interested in..but I am in no rush.

I am pretty happy w/ what I have..both in film and digital...though I am lazy as **** in scanning everything in and I really not interested in darkroom work these days.

Expand my Street Photography viewpoint (different angles other than straight on)

Shoot more during the Winter... despite the cold!

These 2 should keep me busy enough.......

I want to get out and walk around more and to shoot more images than I did in 2014. I need to do these things for my both my physical and mental health. I also want to get the prints framed that I printed last year and get them up on the walls of my house. If I do that, it will be a good year. - jim

Except for the new Fujifilm macro extension tubes, don't buy any gear.

Print more.

Finish two long-term projects (lots of post production work)

Abandon Flickr and develop a presence on Bechance and Tumblr or Instagram.

Well, I'm hoping to nail focus more often this year! How many years have I been trying to do this?!?! Dang rangefinders.
