2019 roadtrip, day 13

On day 13 we drove away from Bergen direction Oslo and overnighting in Geilo.

Part of the journey was in a cloudy misty day but sometimes the sun tried to appear...

For me it was one of the most interesting route we drove.

I also loved that part of our trip, Robert. It was adventurous!
Great Polaroid image again!

Day 14, on the way back. From Norway to Sweden. It was a rainy day on the road, luckly weather changed when we arrived in Goteborg.

In my mind a roadtrip is somehow related to my imagine of America (this is because of the many books I read about it and the many roadmovies I saw!) so why not to stop for lunch is an american place!

And, robert, you would also be very welcome to visit in California. I might head out with you for a piece of the journey. :)

Sheesh, I love road trips. I'm a dedicated addict to reading Jack Kerouac's On the Road... :D

In a few days I'll have a small exhibiton of my Polaroid work. One section will be dedicated to this journey. Therefore I decided to use one of the pictures for the flyer.

emotions from a roadtrip, a wabi-sabi story, memories and daily life viewed through the Polaroids by robert k.rehmann

Awesome! Congratulations on getting an exhibit, Robert, and I wish you a huge success (that you have well deserved).

my photozine is ready!

my photozine is ready!

It took some time but now it's ready!

I selected one photo for each day of the trip, mixing color and B&W, new and expired film, sharp and ...not so sharp! Because memories are not always sharp :)

Now it is available and you can preview it at the following link. Of course if you like you can also purchase :)

Here is how the cover looks like !

They say it rains daily in Bergen, Norway. We spent a few days there and weather was not bad, we had some rain but not too much. Anyway it was a good excuse for my wife to buy a beautiful raincoat !

This is in Fasanenstrasse not far form the Leica Shop...I was in the same place 10 year ago (wow, time flies!) and took a similar photo with my M7 and Ilford Delta 400 film. If you are curious here it is:
