Message to Helen Hill- you have got to promise to use the 21 at least once a month. Your pictures are sensational! Please.

Bessa R4M, Zeiss Biogon 21mm f2.8, Ilford Pan F in Beutler 1:1:10 for 6 min.
My friend Gary's Tatra T87 - this is a 1948 car with a Buck Rogers Look to it. Rear mounted V8 - gives new meaning to the term "slingshot" effect on a wet roadsurface.
I think I qualify as a 21mm "junkie" with about 8 different 21's.
lovely shot, Tom! i believe you are a 21mm junkie! your collection of 21's make me salivate, cos some of them i can only dream of! i only had my hands on the 21mm super angulon, and my current 21mm color skopar! thank you for sharing!

This is with a Russar 20mm f5.6 (close enough to 21 in my opinion). Screwmount lens - not a bad performer considering that at the time it cost me about $100 with the finder.Traded it off, which was kind of dumb!

Helen, the 21f2.8 Elmarit vII is not bad - but with the 21f1.8 coming in January - I would wait and snap one of tose up instead. Markedly better lens and a stop and bit faster - which can really come in handy this time of the year. The 21f2.8 Elmarit was a decent 21 - but no champion. I had several of both the vI and II and never got along with them. Lenses like the ZM Biogon 21f2.8 are much better in overall image quality and the Ultron 21f1.8 is yet another step up. With your penchant for low light stuff - the Ultron would fit better too.
