I am a fanatic user of 24mm with reflex (since 1984) For a come-back to telemetric camera, I feel wide-angle will be my first lens.
Dilemma :
- 24-25 with auxiliary finder
- or 28 without (but faster)
Has somebody an experience ob both ? Does finder hamper ?

Thanks

My 25CV is fun and useful, but it's a toy by comparison to my 24 FD SSC 2.8 which enjoys 99.9% accurate framing due to Canon F1 design and illuminates very evenly...the FD is much better optically.

In other words, if you want a precision tool, you need a good SLR. The 25 CV's finder is NFG for any but approximate framing.

I use both...the FD is no good for the games the CV plays well. The FD would be improved if it had the CV's focus arrangement.
