How do you like your VC Minifinder?
Comparible to Weisu?

Of course both the VC finder and the Leica are exceptionally hard to find.
More so the VC, there are a handful of overpriced Weisu out there.

What should a guy pay in 2015, for say a black minifinder?

Love it, hate it?

They're quite small and easy to lose. Not sure where mine is...

Image quality/size is good though. Ideal as a supplement on an M3.

Mine (chrome) is full of dust. If I can find it then you're welcome to have it - I use a plastic Leica 28mm finder, which is a much nicer experience.

That would be most generous of you, since they go for more money used then new!

Generally, the little rubber piece around the eye piece is the first thing that goes. Just pops off. Easy to loose, if not the whole damn finder. Additionally, the internal elements tend to loosen up with use and I have to constantly push mine back in.

Mine came - new - with a scratch on top. The problem with this finder is that it has two sets of framelines very close - too close - together, confusing. It would have been better if Cosina made two minifinders with one set of framelines in each: one for 28mm and the other for 35mm. I never use mine.

I did lose the rubber eyepiece "ring" on mine, but it works fine & lives on whatever "Barnack"-type body I might be using.

I have no idea what the current prices are.
