The M3 was not in good shape. I let a repairman take a look at it and he found that one of the gears that is used to advance the film was missing teeth and said that it would likely fail very soon. But he said you can try to use the camera to see. I put a roll of film in it and on the 30ths shot I went o advance to the next frame and then boom it skipped and I had to advance it like 3 times to make it to the next frame. With that being said the repairman offered to straight up trade me for a CLA'd M4-2 which I did because the repair would of been about $450. I had that M4-2 for about a year and then sold it.
I of course still own the lens and will never sell it. It's currently on this
