50% off…another week!

Fstop backpacks are excellent quality. I use one when I am traveling.

Have not tried there small bags.

Great offer except you have to be a member of Facebook to get the discount.

Thats to bad since joining Facebook is not going to happen.

Facebook has nothing to do with getting the deal. Just enter the code and hit update. The two that i ordered arrived today and look like they're going to work great. My wife got the Shibata and it holds two XE1 bodies with 18-55 and 55-200 lenses mounted and had space for her XF1 Happy Snap and Ipad.

QUOTE=photo_fred;2332435]is the Bandon overly big?[/QUOTE]

It's longer and taller than the Shibata but 1/2 inch narrower. I could easily get two X Pro 1 bodies and 10-24, 18-55 and 55-200 lenses in it.

here's a side by side.

I wound up ordering a second Shibata for myself. My wife got the first. I checked it out and all three of the Merrill cameras plus batteries will easily fit. The weight and overall size is much better than the Domke bag that I've been using.

I like the look of the District 13 and 15, as I'm more of a messenger kind of guy. I also recently looked at the newer Tenba messengers, as my Tenba "small" now seems huge.

the bag arrived today…nice bag but not gonna do what i wanted it to do…need to play with it and see how i can arrange things…another few inches and it would have met the need!

No good for us Brits!
With the tax and shipping the bags quickly match the original price.
Its a shame the rucksack looked like exactly what I want for small amount of 54 gear.

Sorry to hear that Joe. Been out today with mine. Only carried Xpro, two lenses and Sony RX100 plus batteries and cards and odd bits. Was okay but as with most bags it does seem boxy, especially when compared to the Bare Bones Bags. It's the inserts that make them so boxy. The BBB just has dividers which I think is better.

My Shibata landed last week. Was a bit underwhelmed at first. The bag I got looked a bit shelf worn and squished in it's plastic wrapping.
Once unpackaged and loaded with Xpro w/35 mount plus 18 and 60mm. Plus Rolleiflex in another divider. It looks full but is quite comfortable holding it all.
I wanted smaller a bag for a Rollei and RF or X series kit. This one does nicely.
Now about those colors. ;) The blue is just ok. Wishing for a basic black in this Shibata design.

it might work if i use the original fuji hoods and not the screw in aftermarket ones…
the bbb-e bag i have is showing it's age…the velcro is not sticking as well and the inside liner is wearing thin…and the strap is fraying…
i like the shibata, very comfortable to wear, very lightweight and the liner/insert seems well padded but not too thick…just a couple of more inches and it could be perfect! i'm tempted to try it w/o the liner as well...
