6x7 vs 6x9 film backs (Mamiya super 23)

6x7 vs 6x9 film backs. I currently have a 6x9 one but I just bought it with the super 23 along lol

I have a knob advance 6x9 which I use almost exclusively, and a handle advance 6x7 which I almost never use. I have a Pentax 6x7 which I use for that format. Both of them are equally fine. The handle advance may be a little easier to use but not enough to be preferred.
