Silky, try ordering from Maco in Germany, €11.89 per pack, excellent service quick delivery. The only extra to pay is delivery, not sure what the minimum is but the last order I made with some film and chemicals was €12.50 delivery.

I noticed it too for Europe, so I looked at Chinese sellers too. Price got up from around 1 EUR/sheet to around 1,5 in both cases.
