Hey Steve......first, thanks for the nice comment.........I am shooting Kodak Pro Image 100.....I like the way that my local lab develops/scans it...I do not do any post processing at all to the files.....I shot a roll of slides during my last trip and it is not even worth comparing because the results are so different..... and the xp2 above was developed/scanned at a different lab....your question makes me want to get some prints made and see what they look like.....I'll send you a PM once I get the results back....but, yeah, I do the see the "texture" and I like it, that is why I have decided to shoot the same film and use the same lab for this series on Myanmar.....but I really need to get some prints made out here to see how they look.......

Hi All,

I've been lurking around this forum for awhile and this is my first post here.

I shoot with a digital M and the pre-ASPH summicron is one of my fav lenses.

Here are some images captured with it:

Hi Hari,

now you go into "Grab HTML/BBCode" and copy the last part (the link to the jpg file) into IMG tags. Like this:

If you push on "QUOTE" on the lower right side of my post, you'll see what I did.

Best,

Roland.

Thanks Michael,

That is a fantastic image you just posted - i really like the composition and how the balloons on the left are heavily lit and the temple is rich in contrast with the smaller spires sprinkled all over!

Cheers,
Hari
