I hesitate to mention it, really, since I can live with it. But, since you ask, when I rewind and remove a cassette from my M6 Classic, the film counter seems to back up a little too far.
I think the counter should be at minus two before loading a new roll. Then, two winds and you're at zero. Another wind and you're at one, ready to shoot frame #1.
Well, mine is at about minus four to begin with. So, when the counter shows 36 that's it — no more frames and I've actually run off 38 frames.
As I said, no big thing, but I wonder if it could be corrected easily. Maybe a light tap with a hammer?
