Does anyone use Agfapan APX400? How does it compare with things like Tri-X and HP5?
Interesting, thanks. I noticed that Retro have it quite cheap and wondered if it was worth trying - I might try some at ISO 200 (in HC-110 probably, but I've got some Rodinal too)It's a bit grainy compared to both TriX and HP5 when shot @ ISO 400 (I have had it developed it in DDX, RHS, D76, Rodinal). Many people say it behaves more like an ISO 200 film and that's my experience too.

Good idea - I think I might try some of each 🙂Thanks for pointing out the source, great price from Retro. APX 400 is definitely worth a try anyway. My preference is for APX 100, I see they have a very appealing price for it too, I may put an order for a brick.
