I'm looking for a good semi-pocketable meter to use for low-light.
My experience and thoughts on the meters I own:
Gossen Luna Pro F:
+accurate/reliable
+analog/easy to use/ergonomic
+nice looking (small benefit)
-bulky
Gossen Digisix:
+accurate/reliable
+slim but maybe a little too small
-digital/difficult to use
-ugly looking (this isn't so important)
Sekonic L-208:
+analog/easy to use/ergonomic
+nice looking
+slim
-not sensitive enough for low light
Budget: $200-$250
The twinmate is perfect when the light is good but not sensitive enough for low light. The luna pro f is too bulky and the digisix is too annoying to use. I'm wondering if there is an easy-to-use light meter that is slimmer than the luna pro f and doesn't cost a whole lot (I realized that good meters aren't cheap...) It doesn't have to be as slim as the l-208 or digisix but maybe half the thickness of the luna pro f...a meter I can put in my pocket.
My requirements
high priority:
-slimish
-sensitive for low-light
-easy to use (high priority)
-modern batteries
low priority:
-analog
-aperture priority

I use a Gossen Digipro F and like it very much, it's very accurate. Around $260 street, it is slim(ish) at 3/4 inch, reads down to -2.5 EV, very clear digital display and simple function buttons, and uses a single AA battery. Also it has aperture priority.
