Annoying messages

Hello
I keep getting messages everytime someone post something in the W/NW Windows thread. Is there a way to stop this ?? I am avoiding posting photos in other W/NW threads, as I fear that the same will happen...
A solution tothis problem would be great.

Should be able to view your subscriptions here and edit them:
