Yep, ".de" is Germany (Deutschland) - Denmark is ".dk".

I bought my first enlarger from this guy. When I went there to pick it up he showed me his workshop and we had a talk. This was in 1999. He shows up frequently at camera fairs to sell his cameras. As far as I remember he buys suitable bodies (e.g. stereo cameras for 35mm) and modifies them to take a LF lens with focusing helix. His work looked very professional.
