Anyone Happy With Their C/Y NEX Adapter

I tried a Fotodiox and it had lots of play on the lens side.

I'm open to any suggestions...

Pretty much given up on a smoothly functioning Contax G Adapter, but still hoping for a C/Y.

I've had a Novoflex adapter for C/Y lenses to my NEX 5 for several months now and could not be happier. Has worked without any really bothersome issues with every C/Y lens I own (5 or 6 including the early 60mm macro which I had heard could be a problem, and the 100-300 vario sonnar). Lens will focus slightly past infinity so one needs to be mindful of that. There is a very, very slight amount of play right to left once lens is attached, but nothing fore and aft and this has had no effect on image quality.
I've also got a Voigtlander adapter for my Nikon lenses and it has been all I could have asked for as well.

It seems that Fotodiox quality control is all over the place. My copy had a lot of play and others none. I'm wondering if there is some form of adjustment that gets haphazardly adjusted at the factory. It is hard to believe that a machined part would have this much variance. If so, it should be adjustable by the end user.

I'm really happy with the results of my Novoflex adapter too; it is solid and allows me to use my C/Y glass, including the 60 mm macro, the 50 mm f1.4 and 135 mm lenses. There's a collar you can purchase to support longer heavy glass on a tripod. I don't have this - but might get it. Of course the Novoflex and Zeiss C/Y make a chunky carry round package - but it is worth it to use the glass.
