Last Thursday I ordered a wrist strap in cherry color. A day later (last Friday) he emailed me that he was out of town and wasn't sure if he had that color. He would send the strap "next week". Regards, Huub

I emailed Luigi yesterday, he replied this morning. He said there was a problem with my order and he had forgotten to contact me so he was sending me a free strap along with my 1/2 case. What a nice guy.
I also got the impression that Luigi might be having some kind of problems right now. Hope everything goes OK for him. Jim

Dear Friends,

I feel really with a "warm heart" reading yout posts... Thank you !

YES, I had broblems, and I like to explain:

- 2, TWO (Dell) notebooks broken in a week. Used, but recent !
- A my beloved daughter will marry in August the 16th, in London.
Patrizia ent there, and I am busy, too, for some arrangments...
- In the Summer, we lives in a hose on the sea front, NO ADSL,
and I go in Roma for shipments only once in a week
- I decided to CLOSE the street shop, the on in via Salento, and I
already rented the wharehouse close to it, that I must consign
EMPTY in early September... There are TONS of items !
- Lastly, I must now fly to London, on the 15th, with the known
flight and airports problems...

I reported most of my recent problem, NOT all of them. Despote that, I try to ork in a decent mode, and almost (I hope all) shipments have been made. Italian Post increased suddenly his fares, and the US$ is low... I am afraid that I will need to adjust my cases prices, BUT, in the mean time, I will make some special offers. (Hoping to be not a spammer...)
