I've used a SLX and now shoot a 6008-Integral... predecessors of the Hy6. The glass for these cameras is reputed the best Zeiss glass ever according to Zeiss's own engineers. Great camera. We rebuilt the battery to use Lipo and the battery life is amazing (see article on Photrio). Note that the dealer in the USA has lots of equipment on hand - some is on the website, more is not. Eric offers Rolleis as a very great resource with fair prices.

The Rolleiflex system was my main camera system for many years. Cameras owned included the 6008I, 6008I2, 6008AF, Hy6. As mentioned above, the lenses are fantastic.

Sadly, due to many electrical failures, increasing repair costs and dwindling parts, I abandoned the system some years ago.
