Am trying to post some pictures and have tried half a dozen times with the same message that the limit is 90 x 0 and my picture exceeds the limits.
I'm trying 300 x 200 what am I doing wrong? Help.😀

So, in saving a file in Photoshop (or similar) for showing here, you need to watch both the dimensions of the image, and the quality level (the amount of jpeg compression). The less compression applied, the better the image quality but the bigger the file size. I usually use "Medium" or 5 on the numbered scale.

If you're in windows:

Save the image within the limiting dimensions.
Open in PAINT (Start -> programs -> accessories -> paint)
File -> Open
(open the file)
File -> Save

This makes a quick and subtle compression that shouldn't affect your image. It will often drop to 1/10 the filesize. (2mb to 200kb for example).

Hope that helps.

Yes

If you can preview the new file size, make sure it is 150k or 300k (depends on where you post it....HERE in a reply 300k. in your RFF gallery 150k

I use a 3rd party Thumbnail program called "EZ Thumbnails" it allows you adjust JPG Quality, Add sharping, adjust contrast and brightness. you can append the new file name too. You can save to any dimension from full size to what ever.

you hover the cursor over the preview and it shows you the file size it will be.

ITS FREE TOO. LINK
