Hi Daniel -- You can have 6x6 negatives with an RF camera too! See the Mamiya 6 or Super Ikonta B, and others. I know that a TLR is right up on my list now after the Rollei 35RF. They both share the same traits and strengths, but one with a 6x6 negative!
TLRs are mostly 6x6cm, though there have been 4x4cm and 4x5 inches too. But in general, there are more variations in film format for RF cameras than TLRs.
