Wow! you guys need to speak with my "buddies" over at another forum (barely alive) who denounced me as "silver-halide-worshipper" for pointing out that Digital gives us versatility but Film maintains a different quality spectrum.
Sadly, just like the OP, the person who lambasted me had "40 years" of film experience, but is now worshiping the digital altar. What does that say about his view on his own film photography?
