Count me in.

Yes, CQ takes PP

Despite the service charge they are the most efficient means of arranging payment.

Let me know when it's time to "pony up".

Tony Rose of PopFlash.Photo has stepped up and volunteered to help out. Since he also is the RFF contest sponsor, I think it would be best to go with him. Tony is suggesting that he display an item on the PopFlash,Photo website called Joe Rizzuto. Each one is priced at $5 and contibutors may buy as many Joe R's as they want ($20 suggestion) using their credit card. (PopFlash.Photo does not do PayPal.) Joe will then be able to access the amount contributed to make purchases of his choice at that site. Does anyone have any questions or suggestions about this proposal?

I'll send you a check tomorrow. I believe I still have your mailing address. $20 USD, right? 😎

Wait, FrankG. Please read post #112. Could a few more members please tell me if they think that a credit card payment to a website is do-able for them?

Ouch. I'll have to email Tony and see if I can mail a money order then as I have no plastic. Usually that doesn't bother me as it keeps me out of trouble...

I'm in regardless but I favor the idea of a real gift and a set goal. Buying "Joe R's" is a lot like giving someone a gift certificate which is certainly better than no gift 😀 but usually does not convey the same impact as an actual gift. My feeling is we should set a goal for a particular camera and lens, raise the necessary money to buy it and present it as a real gift to Joe, not what in effect will be a gift certificate.
