bad move on paypal?

not too bad...i emailed paypal at the time of this post and today got a reply and was told that my account was back to personal.
a one time deal i guess cause if i go back to premium that's it for downgrades.

i like the speed of payment so that my purchase gets sent sooner.
it's bad enough that we have to wait for customs to finish 'storing' our stuff before it gets delivered.
