Behind the lens leaf shutter rangefinders - where do they start, where do they end?

Fuji G690 series... not 35mm but a rangefinder with interchangeable leaf shutter lenses never the less.
 
plaubel makina I had one of these gems when I was fifteen. way to comlicated but one of the most svelt and hand holdable of the interchangable lense interchangable back six nine cameras out there

mine I think was a llls with that svelt but effective grip but its been a few years I was fifteen in 1954. I did not know the two had a shutter between the lens elements if it did then it is as you say unique in that you change both front and back elements rather than having a shutter in each lens.
