Bellows replacement.

I have a Zeiss Super Ikonta 531/2 and a Voigtlander Perkeo 11 the Ikonta developed some pin hole light leaks, fixed with with a rubber compound.
So I have been considering getting both cameras a new set of bellows. Have found a source for the bellows but wondering who would fit them for me here in the USA.
So does anyone know a qualified repair man ?
