The enlarger came with 3 condensers, from the little I could find the thinnest one is for 35mm negatives, there are two thicker ones the internet says are a matched pair for medium format, are they intended to be used together or just one at a time, I am new to this so excuse my ignorance but any help would be appreciated

Interesting, never hear of different condensers for different film sizes. The manual says look at the illustration on the condenser head. I suppose that's no help. Manual isn't too clear either. Best think to do is maybe just try it both ways.

It was on the door of the head, thanks man!!! Now I have to figure out if the the two large ones come out when you print 35mm.

IIRC, and it has been over twenty years since I had an Omega C760, but I recall when using the enlarger for 35mm film, all three lenses were in place. I keep thinking the two fat ones were curved side to curved side, and the thin one was on the bottom, closest to the negative holder. Again, that is just my recollection, but it has been a while.

The instructions say to put the thin one back in (along with the other two) if using a 50mm lens or wider with 6x7 film. So it seems reasonable to assume can leave all three in.

Like a lot of Omega enlargers the two thick condensers are to be used alone for medium format film like 2 1/4" X 2 1/4". The third thin condenser is added when doing 35mm or smaller. Try and find a manual if you can.

Here's a manual: https://www.manualslib.com/manual/1009454/Omega-C760.html View it online, or download the PDF.

Agree. All three for 35 mm
