Bokkeh brand film...any good?

Would anyone happen to know if the rem-jet layer has been removed? I'd hate to screw up my lab's Noritsu. (By lab, I mean Shopper's Drugmart, and by Noritsu, I mean their machine that will be junked as soon as something goes wrong with it). ;)

"Motion picture Negative films contain rem-jet layer."
is what they say about the Kodak.

You can't remove the remjet backing until it's processed. Actually it's a very important part of the film and prevents light scattering in the film during exposure.

That's what I figured; that it was an anti-halation backing, and therefore pretty important. I assume with films like Cinestill, they add another anti-halation layer in place of the remjet? That's what I've heard at least, but I guess they don't do that with this "Bokkeh" film.
