I want to second allen8's advice for http://www.leicaboutique.com/.
I was in Montreal this summer and visited their store. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a 15 mmm cv lens from them. They also sent my 90 mm Summicron lens for repair. The lens was repaired and cleaned for a reasonable price and sent to my home in Florida.
They have fair prices, excellent service, and great advice.
