Lots of cameras with wifi now, many of which will easily let you transfer pictures (usually jpegs) from your camera to your phone (and from there onto instagram etc.).
For instance an OMD EM10 mark ii has this facility. Initially set up takes a bit of figuring out, but after that works superb. Nikon D3400 has snapbridge (bluetooth/wifi) which does much the same thing.
