Can anyone identify this Leica equipment case?

Leica R4 COMBI 14832 Hard Equipment Case

I have found this at KEH and so far, they cannot provide a description of what it is, color, condition or even a picture. The sales person has indicated that somebody posted an ad somewhere describing it as a case that holds two cameras and six lenses.

Anyone have a catalog or have a clue as to what this is?😕

I could only find the following pictures of Leica R4 COMBI 1483(3) at Kevin's Cameras:

KEH's #14832 must be the same case with a different internal configuration.
