Can anyone read the serial # in this photo?

My email is down so I'm not sure if this guy has responded to me or not.. in the meantime, can you read the serial number on this lens? Or short of that, can anybody ID which 'cron this is? Thank you!

my guess is 3,303,754

and anything under $600 is a good deal

It has a focusing lever so it is a 5th version (made from 1980 to 1995). According to Gandy the earlier lenses were Canadian and the later were German. It states that the one you are looking at is Canadian.

If Brett is guessing correctly (serial number 3,303,754) then it was made in 1984.

3 346 201 - 3 383 200 1985
3 383 201 - 3 422 890 1986

If the glass is clean, at the current bid it is a wonderful deal.
