Can Ilford ID-11 ever go bad (in powder form)

I found some ID-11 I was once gifted and I suspect this stuff is 5-10 years old. It's still in the bag and not clumpy, so I guess it's fine, but I figured I'd check.

It can go bad after a few months once it is mixed, but in powder form I think as long as the packaging is intact, then it should be fine. Why not mix it up and test it?

If I haven't used mine in a while after I mixed it, then I test it by by dripping some on a piece of photo paper and see if the drops go dark.
