I used a homemade lens hood for about a month on my 35/2 before developing the negatives and realize it was vignetting. I took an old 40mm filter with no glass, then carefully glued a 40.5mm metal hood on it. I don't know what I was thinking, the hood was for a 50mm lens and it caused severe vignetting, almost like a fisheye. 🙄

The CQ hood hasn't vignetted from what I've seen, but now I rarely shoot with my 35.
 
Late to the party, but I just developed and scanned a roll from last night in which I used the 35/2.

This is my friend Andy. He's always got a guitar in his hand and a Newcastle near by. Or the other way around! 😀
