So, I bought one from Frank S. and it arrived Saturday, all the way from Ontario, Canada to Bisbee, Arizona, and in just one week.
At first I thought Frank S. had run a game on me as I couldn't get the focus ring to move. Duh. Closer inspection revealed you had to push a little button to unlock it. Shades of Kiev 4 and Contax. I had forgotten.
I am currently running a roll of TriX through it to see if it's any better than my Jupiter 8. Maybe "better" isn't the proper term. Different "signature" might be a better term.
However, what I REALLY like thus far is that the aperture ring moves in the direction of the Bessa meter arrows, unlike the Jupiter 8, which has a mind of its own.

(Hey, Frank, thanks. It's in very good shape. Just wish I had an original Canon lens hood for it).
