I have a Canon IIf arriving - and am wondering about a few things:
I've read about some older lenses showing cleaning marks. I'm new to this old a camera. It is, though, in very good condition. Should I keep the lens clean in a certain manner so as to avoid "cleaning marks?" Is it because of the coating on older lenses that they are prone to this? It's a Canon 1.8 by the way. Are there any particulars about this camera that someone could tell me about? I want to operate it properly, and even though I have read a users manual online, I want to avoid any common mistakes.
Where, other than ebay, can I get a shoe mounted meter for it? Can anyone tell me the filter size and where I might find a lens shade?
