I recently bought two Canonet GIII QL17s on RFF, and cleaned them up (not a CLA) and replaced the light seals with Jon Goodman's kits. I used one of them and really like it, but don't think two are necessary, plus there is a lot of other photo gear out there I would like to try out/have/buy...
So, what is the trade value of a GIII that has clean and clear optics/RF, new light seals, and some scratches on the back of the top plate? I would like to "get a little more" via trade than I would on an auction, of course this assumes I find someone who wants what I have and has something I want.
For some more info, I am into the classic 70s rangefinders, compact rangefinders, and Nikon AIS MF lenses. Hey, maybe if I play my cards right I could end up trading it for a Porsche! =P
