Changing shutter speeds on Kiev 4

Hello Everybody, (first post)

I have a '80 kiev 4am and I have started using it again recently (I' ve lost my digicam a few weeks ago). It has the same simptoms as described in the first post of this thread. I can't access the images refered to previously, could someone please post/link them again?
