These are photos my father made in Europe during WWII. They’re in Antwerp Belgium and I believe Paris. I know the cathedral is Antwerp and believe the street scene is as well but think the carriages are in Paris. The time period would have been between 1941 and 1945.
I have several boxes of original nitrate based 35mm negatives and 6x9 glass plates and these were scanned from those negs. The camera was a Russian copy of a Leica and Russian lens.
