Saigon. The construction of this hotel/shopping mall/conference center with a huge underground parking garage in downtown Saigon came to a halt during C-19 and work has not resumed since then. Apparently to do with poor tourism projections. Recently, the government introduced 3-month multiple-entry tourist e-visas with the aim to revive the tourist industry. Leica SL2S - TTArtisan 1.4/35.
