Coding Summicron-c 40mm for use with M8

Hello - is it possible to code the Summicron-c 40mm for use with an M8? Cheers.

Why you need it? This great little lens will work without any coding.

As far as I know, Leica has never issued or coded a 40mm lens for the M8.

However, if you want your exif info to show a 35 mm lens, you could consider the following code:

Summicron 35 non-asph: 000110

(0 = white, 1 = black)
