Thanks Andreas - a lot of work before and after shooting
welcome. More work 'after', but now my images have been presented in a much better way, by now including all the lenses: http://www.lenshunters.com/tests/a7-normal-lenses-test/

somebody just made it MUCH easier to compare the images, see: http://www.lenshunters.com/tests/a7-normal-lenses-test/
This is super, and so are the test shots. Interesting to see the differences.
Many thanks!
right Sebastian, that site made the images great for comparison, so happy someone did that!

giganova, I should have included my M-Rokkor 2/40!
goamules I agree, and hope that one can make out differences to tell which lens one may prefer for which kind of photo or effects
by now all lenses are included, also the good Yashinon-DX!
I agree it's a very good lens and a sleeper. Many lens connoisseurs only look at Yashinon ML lenses made in Contax/Yashica bayonet mount in collaboration with Zeiss and disregard M42 Yashica lenses, unjustly so

Maybe they will add some more later, but as of now, though they have picked most of the"usual suspects", I was sad to see that they did not include the Auto Yashinon 50/1.7 which is, as I think you have shown, one of the all time great sleeper lenses. Pretty sharp from wide open, and with good color and decent bokeh (subjectively speaking). Perhaps nicer than many of the lenses that get more press.
Build quality is quite nice as well, IMO.
