Hi,
I just purchased a beautiful MT167.
I own already an AX and another MT167.
I own as well two 50mm f1.4, one 135mm f2.8 and one 28mm f2.8, all from Zeiss.
The issue I have with the latest MT167 is that f number is shown different on the screen than it should be, difference is more or less 1/2 diaph.
For example the ring is set to f16 and the screen shows f19; at the opposite side it shows f1.7 when the ring is set to f1.4.
This happens on 3 of 4 lenses.
None of the other bodies has this problem.
I think about a small body gap somewhere.
Anyway, does it change something on the shot condition, or is it just cosmetic on the screen

Check the user manual on Butkus. I think there was some mention about this and some lenses having to be mounted before the camera is turned on? Or perhaps not and someone else can give you a better answer.
