Contax G1 leather case

Good morning all.

I'd like to buy a leather case for my Contax G1 but find little information on the net, aside things like this.

Does somebody has any advice about that? How do you protect your camera when going out with it?

That's exactly the case I use with my G2. It's ok for what I need, well made and looks like it will last, so I recommend it.

For that price you carry it without cover and if you scratch it you just replace the camera....I found a used original full case (GC-110 + GC-111) in very good condition at 25 EUR. It has a an odd late 70s/early 80s look in grey blueish leather including the strap with CONTAX written in gold. When walking around I use just the half case as the full one is a bit bulky. It is worth looking for. If you lke it new you can even find unused boxed ones for around EUR 60 (which is 50% of the value of the camera).

I have Mr Zhou's cases for many of my cameras and can attest to fine workmanship and excellent service. Shipped rather quickly to me here in MN, not sure how fast shipment to Spain would be.
