Yes I was too dumb. I read over internet that mirror slip could be fixed by heating by hair dryer. Yes it does help but after a week, it re slips again. So this time I put a little, too much, super glue but it was a mistake. It leaked and blocked the window where photodiode reads so focus confirm didn't work so to remove the super glue, I heated back. And yes it liquifies
but then a drop to the shutter blades...oh man... Ok I cleaned my mess gently by the help of acetone. I removed the mirror and scrub the glue off by acetone. And put new double sided tapes. So I think all works now but... The focusing screen was deformed due to the heat. So I need a new one. Ebay has a couple but not the type I want, matt disc.
In short do you know if any cheap Yashica models have focusing screen that can fit? Or do you have any unused rx around?
P.s.It is officially under the name, Contax Focusing screen FW type

None of the Yashica screens fit. Keep looking on eBay. Also try: thecontaxguru@contaxrepairs.com and https://www.tocad.com/service-support/ and maybe Bellamy at Japan Camera Hunter, although he told me he won’t source Contax SLRs for people because they are too unreliable.

The RX was a low enough production camera that it's going to be hard to find one. I'd say look for a broken camera and scavenge.

I feel your pain, and I can easily imagine myself going through the same sequence of events. Best on finding a new focusing screen!

The main problem is that the FX screen the OP wants came with the camera and is rare aftermarket or as a spare part. There are several FU and FW screens for the RX for sale on the big auction site right now, so the parts aren’t exactly rare.
And to the OP, some other screen that fits might be the best bet, at least temporarily, although paying 25% of the cost of another camera for a screen seems excessive.

Thank you guys,
I look for FW type, not FX. I corrected my post. Yes there are some on ebay but the shipping is too expensive to Turkey so it makes almost a price of an as-is body.
Another question, it isn't clear whether RTS screens would fit to RX or not, RTS's screens has no type subscript so it is doubious. They look very much like FW type. I wonder if I buy one, as-is RTS and risk it.
Also KEH has an AX non-working on ebay and AX uses the same FW type screens.
Does any pf you have RTS body? If I have the dimensions I would see. I know that the thickness is what matters. Mine is 35.9x24.1x1.4mm with a tab.

Yes, but I was wondering about RTS screen because they are easier and cheaper to source.
