Hi boys and girls,
I'm trying to find an example of a contract for doing a photo documentary for a non-profit organization. I guess they just want to make sure that I don't harm them in some way (especially since I will probably be documenting some medical procedures). They agreed that I keep the rights to my photos and that I can exhibit them. They just want to make sure that I don't use the photos in some inappropriate way and they definitely don't want them to go to some stock agency.
I have a model release form, but need a contract now.
Can any of you help, or at least point me in some direction?
