That’s funny, and nicely done. Wonderful thing about still lifes, can be anything. Not an everyday garnish but better than anchovies.

My wife flew back here last night from a ski trip in France. Flight was hastily arranged due to some sudden uncertainty about a whole raft of issues, so was $1,800 one way.
She's self quarantining for two weeks at home, as advised. Trying to stay away from me, she is taking the bottom floor and bath and I get the upper. We'll see how long this lasts, lucky to have the housing option. I put a Keurig downstairs with some coffee, cups, silverware, plates and dishwashing liquid. The dog walks up and down so that's a vector of transmission as he is a bit kissy.
Cooked some scrambled eggs this morning and laid it at the top of the stairs and she came to get it. That's the plan. She may soon tire of eggs and cereal. Very Love-in-the-Time-of-Cholera-ish.
iPhone photo, apologies.
The whole thing might be a bit much, but her idea and she's a doctor, so any pooh-poohing will be forwarded to her.

Hers does, a 60 incher. I am watching things on my iPad. And hanging out here too much, as you may have noticed.
She’s also got the washer and dryer down there, so I haven’t been able to wash clothes for two weeks. I wrote my daughter yesterday that, though her mother had not been anywhere in two weeks, she was still running a load of clothes every two days.
There are some things about life I will never understand.

That one tells a story. Nice shot.
Indeed, well-seen and appropriate to the times.

Time with my son
Time with my son
The first week of this quarantine was a little nervous. Too much uncertainty. As the week went on, I realized what a gift it is to be able to spend time with my son. We spend a lot of time together anyway, but not as much as lately. It's beautiful that he has absolutely no idea what is going on. He just wants to play blocks, be outside, and ride his scooter (which I need to order a helmet for!!!)
PS....he did ride quite slowly for me, so no worries of crashing.
