Courses in fine art printing

Hi,

I am considering taking courses in fine-art digital printing. Could you suggest a school? I see ICP in NY have courses in digital printing to be held in july and august. I wonder if those cousres (10 days overall) are enough to master fine art digital printmaking.

I am a total beginner!

i've always heard good things about icp's courses. 10 years of that and you'll master printmaking, for sure!

luminous landscape also has tons of in-depth tutorials.

No matter what class you take, you will not be a master by the end of a class. Printing is about knowing what a print should (and can) look like as much as it is about the technical steps of the process. I'm not sure where you are located, but even community colleges sometimes have decent instructors.

The fine printing courses that ICP offered 10 years ago for wet darkroom were excellent. I haven't taken any of their digital printing courses, though.
