CZJ 5cm 1.5 Sonnar

Just got a CZJ 5cm 1.5 Sonnar in the post today and mounted it on my Kiev for a quick check before taking it on holidays tomorrow. I believe it was made in 1937 and is uncoated. Just went to the park down the street and took some not very artsy shots. Most were taken between F4 and F8 but the dog was up close at 1.5. I really liked what I was getting with Jupiter lenses and I think this real Sonnar will do very well.

Very nice, Bob. Yep, by looking at the statue shot, that's definitely a Sonnar lens! And you got pretty good depth of field with the dog shot for f1.5.

Thanks, I took the dog shot from slightly higher than were he sat angled down and away so that might make the DOF appear to be generous for 1.5.
