The best camera is one that still works!
rich815 said:...that, and that it didn't expire in 2 months...
I've heard that this film will go way past it's expiry date without refrigeration without any ill effect.
Could just be a rumour put out by Kodak of course though!

I'm not sure if this has been posted but it's looking good and cheap, IMO.

Walgreens film?
Walgreens film?
Really? What kind? What do you like about it, Raid?
I've been taking my B&W chromo there for processing and maybe I should pick up some film to try out if it's pretty good.

Mark,
I posted several sets of images taken with this film, and people here loved the color rendition of faces with this film. It may be a Fujicolor Superior 400 in disguise. The colors come out creamy and just very pleasing to the eye.

Low prices on Kodachrome!
Low prices on Kodachrome!
Does anybody have any experience with the bulk order campaigns from the Dutch Aviation Photographer Group (Dappa)? Their prices for Kodachrome on
http://www.dappa.nl/shop-prices-page.html
seem to be a real bargain. The prices are about 50% cheaper than anything I have ever seen in Europe (10,95 € a roll incl. processing!). But before ordering, I would like to know of your experience with them.
Any comments?

They finally realized that most people don't want to pay extra for a wooden box.

Europeans, check out www.macodirect.de!
20pc Retro 100 120 €37.96
10pc APX100 135-36 €17.50
30.5m Retro 100 €29.63
10pc Foma 135-36 €16.42
Maco Superpan 200 135-36 €2.99 or €47.60 for 20 rolls. (APUG thread here).
If you like me have to pay a stiff freight cost from the US and then 20-25% VAT on top of the total cost, this seems to be a pretty good deal. Some of it is even cheaper than Fotoimpex!
